ok, its full english and Bridie says your quite welcome, we have 3 spare rooms so you two are booked in. So do you both fancy a pint at my local(I hardly ever go ) and a night off the site?
Oh, the pubs shut here at 11.00 pm and bridie reckons you both might be late getting here, let me know.

Ted, I think the least we can do for you and Bridie for you’re hospitality is to take you both for a drink and a bite to eat, if you can get a babysitter of course.
I’ll certainly try and get there earlyish, Ken and I did ponder on the idea of me flying to Glasgow and travelling down with him, I’ll check out the flight times and see which way works best.

Well it’s a normal-ish Friday so there shoudl be no issue with getting away a bit early, I had thought of leaving sometime about 2-ish or so from here or Glasgow if I was meeting Dave there. Of course there are other airports and I think there’s some that are not that far off the M6.
The problem is on the way back I reckon unless Dave stays here on the Saturday night (camp bed a given as I don’t have a mansion ;)) and travels back on the Sunday.

Its 200 miles to the services just over the bridge as you pass Bristol. We do it in 3hrs 30 mins usually, but in traffic on a Friday who knows. Are u both able to fly to east mids, sheffield or humberside as I could collect you easily from any of these.All about an hour away apart from sheffield which is 10 minutes. A baby sitter is no probs and theres a cracking indian 10 mins from the house.
Jason would prob come over if u both wanted that to happen(he lives an hour away.

There have been several breakfasts, here there and a few other other places as well.
The day is coming when we re write the independent role within this industry, and all members of this forum will know 1st. Cause we’ll tell you.

Yes, there is a fair bit coming off this year. Some of it hopefully soon, like in the next two or three months at most and some of it later in the year.
For reasons that you’ll get Martin, when the time comes we simply cannot tell you what’s going off due to commercial sensitivity, not ours but for others.
What I can tell you is that within the next few months I should be full time on UKW and not having to do NWAR stuff other than guiding it at times and the odd babysitting duties there. Of course that just allows me to spend even more time plotting and scheming on behalf of us all. 😉
But Kev’s point is correct, we’re not just sitting about waiting on shit to happen, we’re making it happen.
