    Customer rang to say she thought the machine took longer to wash and sometimes it won’t spin and then another wash it would spin fine…

    Had a look at it nothing blocked and of course spun fine for me, anything i missed?

    2 thoughts here…

    1) Customer not really got a clue how to operate machine?

    2) Customer trying to spin a single unbalanced item?

    Check the outlet from the pump, sometimes get 5p stuck in the pipe acting like a valve. Sometimes open, sometimes shut.

    Martin they were the first things i quizzed about. They have the machine about year and a half and it suddenly started doing it this week. I never come across this before… I’ll check the drain hose for a coin
