I wasn’t going to organise another Xmas get together due to dwindling numbers, but Kenneth said that some people have been asking about it.
Therefore i will organise one if i can get a rough idea of who would be interested in going and i am also looking at a different venue as no-one seems to be bothered about the entertainment on the Party Nights. The name of the other venue i would be looking at is the Inverbeg Hotel, Loch Lomond which is the sister Hotel to the one we usually are in, but they do not do the Party Nights at Xmas so would be just a meal and chat, also the rooms don’t have saunas in them. I would expect (but not certain) the room rate to be cheaper but not sure how much as i want to get an idea of numbers before i enquire about it.
Anyway let me know if you would be interested, usually happens the second weekend in December.

We have decide to just have a Christmas meal at one of our local restaurants (The Jefferson) in Kilmarnock i am hoping to get Saturday the 11th December if i manage to book it on time. If you would like to join us can you please let me know by the 29th Sept as they need a deposit of £10 per head and i would like to get it organised as soon as possible to get the date.
There are a few Hotels in the area The Park Hotel, Travelodge and Premier Inn you will need to book your own rooms if required.

Hi Nige,
UK Whitegoods usually pay for the meal as a thank you to all who contribute to the site, so all we are looking for is the deposit of £10 per head (just encase some people do not turn up) .
I will let you know when i need it for as i want to make sure i can get the date first. 😉

Ok Baz will do.
Just remember to book your own hotel guys, if you want The Park Hotel (best one in the area) then you better do it soon as they have party nights on in Dec so the rooms will go very quickly if they haven’t already. 😉

Okay Tracey, If you can let me know when you have confirmed the meal and I will book a room. The Park are currently advertising only 4 doubles left for that date.
Ok i will confirm the meal tomorrow, i will also talk to The Park Hotel tomorrow so leave it with me for now.

Right meal is confirmed for Saturday 11th December 8:00pm at The Jefferson restaurant in Kilmarnock.
Rooms are reserved at The Park Hotel for Nigel, Barrie and Bryan they will cost £75 per room B&B. If you do not want the room can you let me know.
Anyone else that wants to go and needs a room can you let me know ASAP as they only have 9 left now.
