    This d/w will heat up intermitantly can any one help please

    Burnt out relay joint on pcb is almost a gimme, failing that tube heater or the plug into it are always quite entertaining to sort.

    Have had programer out no burt out relay have not looked at heater as it is a intergrated machine and sealed to flooring. Would the heater have to changed or just the plug in part. have not changed a heater what sort of job is it.

    It’ll have to come out – r/h side panel and rear lower cover off for access, then a couple of spring rings.

    Went back to this machine today tested heater ok tested feed to heater ok tested machine on 3 programes all heating could this be the PCB relay and by moving the machine made it work ? HELLLLLP PLEASE

    Hi.

    The tubular heater should read approx 28 Ohms. I have had intermittent faults with the heater relays though but it’s always possible that you may have corrected a connection fault to the heater by unplugging & plugging it.

    I would replace the board if this call comes back.

    Hi
    Customer phoned machine still will not heat as the heater was working when i tested it then do you think it will nead a new PCB
