    Hi,
I need to remove the motor in my machine to change the brushes. I’ve disconnected the wiring and removed the four bolts that hold the motor to the machine.
At that point I expected to be able to pull the motor off but the mounting holes have plastic inserts that look as though they were inserted from the rear of the motor mount. The ends feel larger so I don’t think you can slide the motor off them.
Since they are only plastic I’m concerned about damaging them or the motor….can anyone share the correct technique to remove them.
    Many thanks.

Just lever the motor towards you and it’ll pop off. Usually quite abruptly, so mind your toes….

Got it…..had to push it firmly away from me, but I see what you mean about abruptly. Thanks for help.
