Anybody know what error code 09 is on this new model. It’s still under the 2 year g’tee but customer has asked me if it might be something trivial before she books a call with Bosch.

I know that E07 is the tap turned off. E24 and E25 are drain/pump problems and E09 (09 on the display panel) will, and I’m guessing here, likely mean that the motor/heater unit has failed? Best advise customer to contact BSH to sort it under guarantee. Ask once they sort it to then phone you and let you know what the problem actually was. My money as I say is on the motor/heater unit…a known troublespot.

” E09 – heating circuit is intermittent. (resistance , wire harness , safety relay pins on power module )
measure heating resistance – check wires “
Unfortunately , i don’t have any resistance values which really doesn’t help .
