    not been to this yet

    customer (old lady) says she thinks she,s pressed a wrong button and now oven door has locked , she said it does this when self cleaning but she hasnt selected self cleaning

    any ideas

    Have had these that lock when set on pyro….then never unlocked…usually find the board blown….hope this may help!

    It could be the lock motor &/or mechanism itself that is physically jammed.
