Not done this model before so any help appreciated .basically i got around 30 flats with the same Washer Dryer installed dropping like flys are they any good ? . this is the seventh one to fail in a month. Problem is machine turns off and resets at random times customer says she also has problems re starting it have ,changed the interlock no luck .passed the others to electrolux 2 with same fault .

Hi check for earth leakage from the dryer element they are the main culprit on these machines usually have a ed4 fault code with them disconnecting them from the machine will get it running again
