Was at a ZWF1621W washing machine today customer says the machine fills and washes, when she comes back later it just sits full of water, i’ve checked the pump, carbons, heater etc all seem okay, she also says the start/pause light with the washing light also flashing does anybody know if this is a fault code cheers JJ

Will it drain out before the PCB times out? Could be blocked up. Put the machine into diagnostics and with the dial at the tenth position, watch the led’s flash and the beep will indicate the fault stored in the memory. The “Start” led is the first number of the code the “End” led is the second. Fault code list is in the UKW book or in the ‘Known error codes’ sticky. 😉
