i have one of these machines in my workshop orignal fault water valve burst soaked the board new board from emw and away we go 4 or 5 washes machine is dead

resistor r141 on board is blown so get a new one fit the resistor and all is well
3 washes later exactly the same again
anyone got any idea what is causing this
i have checked motor and heater etc
only clue is that before it went the fellah says it went clickity clickity
now i dont know if that click was the door lock clicking about or the click of the resistor blowing
any ideas would be a big help
    thanks in advance

Will send you some tech info, might help to trace the circuits the resistor is involved with.

Clickity clickity could maybe have been sparks (or a relay being switched). Could it be a wire shorting somewhere causing it? I often get the harness being chafed against the casing by an out of balance drum. It might explain the fault. Good luck. Graham
