    i HAVE HAD THE ABOVE FOR ABOUT 7 MONTHS BUT NOW IT KEEPS NOT UNLOCKING DOOR EVEN ALTHOUGH I HAVE WENT BACK AND DO EXTRA SPINS

    IS THIS A KNOWN FAULT?

    Hi.

    I have had several lock issues recently but it all depends upon the type of lock used which I can only tell what one you have by the product number beginning 914 but unfortunately this is on the rating plate behind the now locked door. 👿
