ISE 5 Mk2 Vestel built machine.
Had an ongoing problem with this machine – it takes the conditioner but leaves the compartment full of water. If you manually top it up it will drain away fine. I’ve tried a new conditioner cap (the centre section) and it seemed to sort it.
Now the problem has raised its head again. 🙁 Customer has assured me she has removed and cleaned the drawer thoroughly and it isn’t any better.I’m at a bit of a loss on this and going to see it on Thursday…..any ideas??

How long is it since you ‘seemed to sort it’ ?
If its a while ago you may be worrying over nothing?
You know what customers are like with their ‘ i’ve cleaned it well ‘ .
I would just see Thursday.

Never got to the bottom of this one, see below.
My customer just been putting up with it.Has this fault on yours been there since day 1?
The only thing never done was change the whole dispenser!
Thing is dont think it will sort problem as the problem stems with the valve operating just before the spin cycle and not for long that is why it is not sufficiant to start syphoning.
I think it was a quirk in only 2 one i had. 😳
