    Hi ive got to go to this machine tommorrow customer says she turns the program knob but the lighs around it wont move so she cant select a program. Any ideas. thanks

    sounds like its still on a programe, press and hold start/stop see if that clears it, may have a blocked pump and just not finished the previous prog.

    Hi went to it today as i walked in the house she said she had just tried it again and was still faulty. I turned it on and turned the dial and all was perfect ,i think this machine is haunted as ive been to it three times for faults and as soon as i turn up ,nothing wrong. Costing me a fortune bloody thing. 😥

    Or

    As I have found with most of my ISE10 brigade, they want a pint of blood
    from you. They seem to think because they have spent alot on a machine
    you now have to provide an even better level of customer care. Fault or no fault.
    And to think I can’t get away from them either. Oh well only 8 or 9 years left on the warranty. 😉
