    hoover hnc170-80 the on button wont stay in if i hold it in it works but buzzes and as soon as i take my finger off it stops? ive replaced the on switch but it does the same? im now looking at the small pcb next to the timer am i right ???????

    Yes… Small PCB… You will need to repair it or change the board…

    If you change the board send me the old one and I’ll see if I can do some diags on it for future ref’.
