P error codes

I have recieved this from a reliable source.

This is from Amica relating P codes so should relate to the AW23.

Regarding error codes “P”, my colleague tells me it’s not an error, but an info message to state that the control knob has been moved accidentally (ie set on a different program during washing). The washer will continue to wash based on the original program it started on, but then has to be reset before the next wash or the washer won’t work. Needless to say we will be updating our instructions as this was not included (??!!).

Signalling the change of the programme selector

If the present position of the knob is different than the recently remembered program, the ‘Pxx’ symbol is indicated on the time display, where xx means the number of the remembered programe. If the position of the knob and the number of the remembered programmed are correct, the time left till the end of the wash is shown on the display.
