Along the bottom of this machine, at the front, is a plastic strip of trim. If that is removed – at the right hand corner is red circular plastic item, which looks as if it maybe ought to be able to be removed by turning a few degrees. Is this a filter, or is this machine not fitted with one?

Just a blanking plate. Filter is in the bottom hose, accessible from the back.
