    Hi, after buying the ISE 10 washer it is now time to replace our old dryer, but which one ? Doesn’t take a lot of thinking about, but where has the vented one gone, I can’t seem to find it and would prefer it to the condenser model.
    Anyone able to fill in the gaps?

    Hi Richard,

    The vented dryer has been delisted for the moment and is unlikely to return before the autumn of this year.

    I don’t know if there is any stock of them left but I will check for you.

    We have had the machine a week or so now and it’s just as I expected. 8) I have to thank you for a great machine and excelent service, one query though there was no information about the warranty with the dryer can you help?

    Hi Richard,

    The warranty certificate will follow by post. 😉

    I know they’ve been a bit behind on normal recently just due to the volume of them and holidays.
