KeymasterI was thinking the other day about bringing a few things together for the guys in general.
I sorta had this outline of an idea and, it is currently very rough I will admit where we design (I can do that bit), print and get to the companies a leaflet to leave with customers with the agent’s services on it, the cancellation rights (suitably prominent of course ;)), contact details and so on.
My thought was that, for one, it’d promote the WTA as doing it.
My second motivation on the thought was, quite candidly, that advertising could be sold for us (UKW) to sell filters and stuff which is attractive to me as UKW and, therefore I’d be prepared to do the work required for free as well as probably subsidise the costs. I’d have to prove the return though to justify it on an ongoing basis.
It could be used to promote insurance products which, again we get a small benefit from but it is mostly the guys that gain from that.
It could be used to give a hard copy of the repairer’s T&Cs.
I dunno, it’s just a germination of a though I suppose and I’m not sure it has legs as I don’t know what the reaction would be to such an idea. What I do know is that a lot of people would probably be quite happy to bury the info required to meet legislation.
Of course this would all hinge on the fact that the guys actually left the damn things!
But it’s probably an idea worth airing.

Good idea.
Not only will it promote the WTA and what it stands for.
I have no objection to using at a directing traffic to UKW to buy consumables. Although would like them to buy from my site as well. 😆
Its advertising for both parties and we need POS material on warranties.
If you have a sponser / or advertiser on it this would cover most of the cost, so you should have to.
