    Hi everyone. I recently bought the above small upright freezer, which I am very pleased with. However, I have just come back from a week’s holiday to find that son, who I left home alone, has managed to break the plastic pull down lid for the top shelf (the fast freeze shelf). It is not repairable.

    Is it possible to buy another one? (He is paying!!)

    Wow, thanks for the swift response.

    Is the flap the whole plastic thing that covers the front of the shelf and looks like a drawer front? He has managed to snap off one of the plastic prongs on the flap which fit into the side of the freezer and forms the hinge.

    Where can I get one from? Is it Beko?

    Hi Coco.

    The flap is the drawer front type item, the hinges are what it goes into on either side.

    You may be able to order one via the shop tab on this very website.
