Hi Simon
AWG5122 is a washing machine and the 12 no. code is for the same model, not a wine chiller 😉 at a guess the wine chiller model will probably start ARC or ARZ.

sorry what i meant to say was searching for the washing machine manual and the site gives the manual for wine chiller instead using the awg model number.

Thanks don went back to site went to contact us filled in big form for manual request and says my postcode is invalid, spent 30 mins trying different things and gave up 😥
have sold this machine and customer on the blower night and day wanting the manual complaining the programs are taking to long to finish,
has provided me with a complete list of every program and times.
program 12.quickwash =40 mins
program 4. =2hrs 15 min
program 7.= 1hrs 45 mins
program 2.= 2 hrs 15mins
program 3.= 2hrs 35min
cold fill only machine.this was brand new machine that had slight fault with dial that got fixed up and sold for bobbins without manuf warranty. only last week.
was tested before it went out all seemed ok completed ok???any ideas? quickwash seems ok, what about rest?
