    Hi, has anyone come across this before? Had a look thru’ the error code sticky but no joy, thnx, conor.

    Well E90 relates to a communication problem between the two boards. In fact whilst E90 isn’t specifically shown in this thread in fact all Zanussi error codes follow the same numerical error pattern.

    For example E10 – E19 = filling problems
    E20 -E29 = Draining problems
    E30 -E39 = Water level sensing problems

    Right down the list to E90 – E99 Module communication probs, if you catch my drift?

    ribbon cable between the boards pull it off wipe the contacts put it back on usually works

    yep should be the ribbon cable ,i slightly crimp the connector before refiting
