Customer called me said the 1st light( extreme left) of the 4 is flashing and pump continuessly running.
I assumed flooded base? The guy is a little knowledgable and claims no water in the base and checked the switch…. anything i’m missing before i call to it?

is water in base cust will be looking in the sump 😉
usually just over foaming due to tablets, can be leaking motor etc tho
