    hi
    went out to this indesit this week it has the circuit board down at the rear corner and a small pcb behind the facia no digital display type.
    the machine works away for a couple of minutes then switches itself off then switches itself back on.
    with the result that it takes 6 hours to complete a program
    i checked all the usual suspects socket, cable, heater, motor. then i spoke to tony at emw and he sent me a pcb unfortunately it still does the same
    i spent about an hour on it and no success any ideas welcome.

    is it possible that the power is being interupted by a failing/overheating capacitor somewhere?

    yes i thought so too thats why i changed the main pcb but it didnt fix it.

    the start button was stuck in a spray of wd40 and its sorted.
