    Part no 1604800

    Is there more than 1 version of this motor. I’ve got one on order but currently OOS at MP. I’ve tried fitting an old one from an Ariston 1400swd temporarily which is supposed be the same part but it don’t fit.

    The WD860 one is bolted on from the top and the Ariston is fitted via 4 screws from underneath and the fitting is slightly different so you can’t get it too fit.

    I know there have been numerous mod and this one had a metal fan not plastic.

    Ironically got a spare fan and collet but no mtr.

    Yes,

    Up to date code 54 motor is a C00115553 ( 1604800 )

    From serial number 60612.0000 its C00098711

    thanks fellas,

    C00098711 is in stock at MP – customer is happy but it was just an extra trip could have done without….
    The good weather brought everyone out and about – manic it was, honestly manic.

    Sorry for mentioning the weather to you folks in Scotland. This afternoon I even put the air con on to cool the car down…..
