    Hi

I currently have error code 104 with the tub full and the pump making very quiet wirr wirr noises. I drained the tub and there appeared to be water dripping through the pump. Is there a secret to installing the pump so that there is a proper seal. I tested the pump and it showed 25 ohms. I had read it should be much higher. Is 25 ohms enough for the pump to work.

    Many thanks

Pump should read c.33ohms. If water is running through the pump, the shaft seal is leaking and you need a replacement pump.

104 is a comms error, so doesn’t collate with the machine not draining. Possible that a foreign object is lying above the pump inlet.
