ParticipantMy washer machine is stuck on drain, when trying to start a program it starts draining and keeps draining for about 5min then stops and i can open the door again.
Dosent matter which program i choose.
Have cleaned the filter, pump and clean the rubber blader with the ball in, also checked so it no blokage or muck up to the pressure switch.
When i put a bucket of water ithe drum it empites it but nothing more.
no problem with water supply to the machine.I did the component chec as followed
Presed hand hold (Start/pause) & (Rinse hold) buttons and turned to 1 and the leds flashed in sequense one after eachother.
Turned to 2 the five leds on rhigth hand side flashed for 1 sec (prewash, rinse, spin, drain, end) then start/pause& End LED flashed for 1 sec and off for maybe 5 sec and the flashed again.
After a about a minute i turned the the program dial to 3.
Did the same up to 10 and got the same Start/pause & end flash at 10.
The drain pump where going on all the time from program 2-9 then stopped at 10
Would be great full for any help what this mean or ideas what i could check next.

ParticipantI think the problem occurred when i stopped a program just as hatched locked and put on rinse to get the hatch open. put some more pices in the machine and tired to start again . but not sure if it was already stuck on drain prior to this

Hi.
It could be from that description that the control PCB is bow-loxed.

I toke the heating elemnt out and found that it looks like the drum has smashed a hole and cracked the heating element, as i found a metal braw piece in the machine when cleaned it out im not supriced.
Would this be the only problem or could it be anything more??
1321020214 is the part number for the heating element and it cost about 30 pound here, i know its a bit cheeky to ask but is there any good secondhand part sellers around, as im consider to get a new machine and not sure i want to spend 30£ if its gonna brake again soon
