    Hi,

    I have an Ignis Intergrated ADL 349a Diswasher which was purchased in October 2009.

    With the dishwasher programme selected. When the start button is pressed the start LED does not always come on. I have to press and hold and mess about machine on/off/wait a while before the LED will come on and the dishwasher will start.

    There are no LED sequences displayed (ie faults)

    I was also unable (this morning) to use the start button to chage the water hardness program, there seemed to be no response to the button.
    This seems to be an intermittent problem as sometimes when the button is pressed the LED will come on straight away and the dishwasher will start.

    Also noticed the dishwasher started when the door was closed and the start LED was not on (the button had been pressed)
    Any advice would be greatfully received.

    If you posted the correct date of purchase then the appliance is still under the manufacturers one year warranty. A call to 0844 815 8989 will get the ball rolling.


    If it is out of warranty I`m sure someone on here will be able to help.
