Electrolux ESI 9112 – error code 10

Hi,

I’m having a problem where whatever program I select after a few minutes I get the error message as above. After looking in the manual the following malfunction is listed – The machine does not fill with water. The solutions are clean the water tap (done), the water tap is turned off (it’s turned on), the filter is blocked (there is not one present). However, as the dishwasher has a window, I can see that water goes into the dishwasher then it empties, and at the point I get the error message. Any ideas? Thanks.
