    hi guys , having trouble with this washer , originally it starts to take in water but when the door is opened no water is dripping from the inside walls and no water visible , removed side panel matrix looks ok little black at opposite side to inlet valve , removed filter in wash compartment , full of gunk and what looked like paper and a garment wash care tag?? i was thinking the same ! the washing m/c is for that right ! anywho removed the filter parts and gained access to the pump more pieces of fag plastic wrapping i can see a blue filter in the bottom of the sump has a little more gunk there but cant gain access a little hose from the sump to the matrix 8 to 10 mm diameter is half blocked too, cleaned as best i can put all back together connected water and power and viola water entering the wash compartment hooray installed washer under counter had a cup of coffee turned on the washer and !! ? water came in but it stopped after about 2 mins ? pumped water out tried again , this time nothing just little spurts of water !! just spent 2 1/2 hours under this m/c anyone got any ideas would appreciate some help thanks

    ok update on problem , hose kinked at back of machine doh! , turned on washer and water coming in through matrix then starts rinse cycle then stops and nothing more i can pump out water and tried another cycle same thing ??

    ok managed to get this washer going the little 10 mm plastic tubing from the bottom of the iwms was hanging off , running fine for about 6 or 7 weeks and then stopped again same problem water not getting into the wash compartment
