Do you have to order the special tool to use liquid detergents in the ISE 10??
I have a lot of special walking gear that uses Nikwax liquid detergents – can ai just pour these in by opening the dispenser drawer a bit when the cycle starts to wash into the soap dispenser tray ??
Tried ringing the ISE number but no one is answering ??

Hi Shady,
The liquid detergent soap barrier you mean, this part, is something that from experience is required for one person in a thousand roughly.
It does make it easier but, it isn’t essential as most liquid detergent is dispensed in a ball or suchlike. You can pour some in as you say after the machine has filled or partially filled though, it won’t make any odds.
As for nobody answering, you probably called at lunchtime. We’re a bit old fashioned and the office lines are closed between 1 and 2pm.
