£300 is not much of a budget for a decent integrated machine. Pretty much rubbish to be honest but by far the best at that price would be a BOSCH SGI45E12G but that is a ‘semi’ integrated so probably not what your after.
Raise your budget another £100 and the choice opens up considerably leaving all the junk behind. 💡

Will a semi integrated fit in the same hole, I’m not too worried about the door front showing

As a general rule yes! All the specs are there to confirm H x W x D so you can double check for your own peace of mind, but standard sizes are the norm. 😉

Hi
Is this a first time purchase or a replacement machine?
Are you looking for a semi integrated where the controls can be seen on the fascia panel when the door is shut or a fully integrated one where the door is full length and the controls are along the top edge of the appliance door?Don

The one that is fitted if fully integrated, but to be honest if i can get a better deal on a semi Im not worried about losing the original door front, providing the semi fits the slot.

A fully integrated door will not fit a semi integrated machine unless it is cut to fit.
Not so many semi`s out there as fully has become more popular. Neff are one of the few who still produce both. Good machines with a two year warranty for around the £400 mark.
HTH 🙂

Sorry not sure I made myself clear, I will omit to use my original facia door, if a semi will fit in the same hole and the semi front will sit flush with my other cabinet doors.
BOSCH SGI45E12G as recommended by an earlier poster, I can obtain this for £299

You need the wooden door fitted not only to cover the grey metal finish but to give the door it`s balance weight. Not to mention the aesthetic look.

They will indeed.
