ParticipantHi all,
I have just installed my ADP8322 and I am experiencing the following problem: about 10 minutes into any wash program the machine starts to beep.
The Start light is flashing to the following code:
FLASH-FLASH
PAUSE
FLASH-FLASH
PAUSE
FLASH-FLASH
PAUSE
repeat…Does anyone know if this corresponds to a simple problem that I can rectify or should I call MFI and have the machine repaired/replaced?
Any help would be much appreciated.

If it’s a brand new dishwasher and a new installation, it will almost certainly be an installation problem.
Check that the water is turned on and that the hose hasn’t been kinked when pushing the dishwasher back, also check the waste hose, 1st for kinks and then where it joins to the sink trap, make sure that the spiggot has a hole in it as they come sealed when new and you have to cut the end off with a hacksaw or similar.
Try these things 1st.
Dave.

Thanks for the reply.
The water is defiantly turned on as when I open the machine after the failed wash cycle the inside of the machine is wet.
What is a “spigot”? And where might it be located on the machine?
I will now make sure that the water supply and waste pipes have no kinks.
Thanks again

The spigot is under the sink, where you plugged the drain hose into. Newer types have a hole but are plugged inside. Check that it’s either unplugged or opened.

I did not use the spigot for the drain hose. The drain hose has its own waste pipe out of the house.
I’ve tried pulling out the machine from the fitted units to ensure the water supply and drain hose are unhindered but this has made no difference.
The same problem occurs but I have noticed that just before the machine stops and the error beep starts that the sound of the water and the motor within the machine begins to stop and start in surges that quickly decrees in duration until the error beep begins.

Sounds like too small a water load.

Ok thanks for the help everyone.
I’ll get in contact with MFI and let them sort the problem.
Cheers
