my fridge freezer isnt working correctly, the fridge is ok, changed the thermostat as linked out and compreesor ran all the time.
what isnt working correctly is the freezer.
top compartment in freezer is cold with ice forming.
will keep things cold when iced, but wont freeze items in the freezer.
there is a thermostat near the compressor motor in a white plastic box.
removed the power to this removing from circuit.
so no thermostat control to freezer but still does not freeze items.
compressor is running being controlled with the fridge thermostat.
what is the problem why freezer not freezing goods.

please helpCould be loss of refrigerant or poor compressor performance,either way not diy,an engineer would be needed.
