Hi everyone. Went to the Wdd960 on Friday that apparently had no drum action when drying. The customer was selecting the woolmark drying cycle. The drum only rotates about every 7 or 8 minutes. It operated normally on the cotton cycle. So watch out for that one folkes! 🙂
