    Hi

    Hoover HNC382T-80 heater failed, replaced heater, test run and machine runs through to end of cycle. Customer now saying that machine is not drying correctly, clothes still damp when set to cupboard dry.
    Does any one have any service info on this machine. Filter and condensor both clean , and no error codes showing.

    Have you checked the rear drum seal ?
