    Thanks to BSH Appliance Care Ltd supplying a customer with a duff part, I am £50 better off!

    Clever customer tells a friend of his the symptoms of his faulty dryer. Smart arse friend says “Oh it’ll be the CONDENSOR!” Customer buys the condensor from Bosch, fits it and it still don’t work. Calls me out and it turns out the diagnosis was correct after all but the new part supplied by Bosch was faulty!!!!

    I fitted a genuine QUALTEX condensor to be sure of a another happy customer.
