    This machine goes through the program ok until the spin and it just keeps tumbling, have a good load of towels in it.
    Have tried it empty also on both slow and fast spin still will not spin and no LEDS flashing.
    Thanks for looking any help appreciated.

    Sounds obvious but have you checked brushes?

    Thanks for that but the motor is a brushless one.
    I have now found out that the customer had changed the belt it was the wrong one to long fitted correct one all ok now
