Neff fault code 1

    Hi,
    I have a NEFF oven

    ENR: B4560A0FN
    FD: 8405

    The oven is displaying what I presume is a fault code…the number 1.
    The oven seems to operate when I turn the knob which selects type of heating required…pizza, Top&Bottom etc…but the number 1 is still displayed.

    Any ideas what this fault code means?

    Bonjour Helen ( sorry , thts about the extent of my french vocabulary ) , I can’t seem to find any error codes relating to the number 1 ?

    It may be that the test programme has been accidentally activated . Have you tried switching it off from the mains for a few minutes or so and then switching back on ?

    Thanks for the reply.
    I was tempted to do that…a complete restart.
    I now have and unfortunately the oven has now completely died.
    Ho hum…never mind.
    Will get someone round to look at it later hopefully.
