    Hi all

Our dishwasher developed an intermittent fault whereby we could not alter the selection from P0. Usually however after a couple of minutes and playing with the buttons we managed to get it to P4.

Now however it remains on P0 and will not change.

I have taken the unit out and manually pressed the relevant switch but still no joy.

Am I right in thinking I need a new unit or am I missing something? Is it possible to repair the existing unit?

    Any help gratefully received

    Thanks

    Mike

That is almost certainly the control PCB a fault.

They are £152.15 inc VAT from MFI. Plus about £5 postage.

I don’t think this particular PCB can be repaired sadly 🙁

If you need one, let me know, I can order one for you.

    Dave.

Thanks a lot for your speedy response Dave – just sorry to note that it confirms my fears and the programmer is at fault.

However having looked at another thread I checked out the QER website and after a lot of searching it would appear they may be able to replace this programmer at a cost of about £50.

    Will find out next week.

Thanks again – will let you know if they can’t help

    Mike
