    Got a customer with a whirlpool AW0D6727 and complaining of drum noise on spin, so if this 18 month old machine needs bearings does anyone know if they are replaceable or is it a sealed drum and BER.
    Can’t see any bearings listed on connect etc but as machine is less than 18 months old they may not have come across much demand yet . Or should the customer contact Whirlpool and complain to them

    Thanks for info , suspected may be sealed drum does anyone know what Whirlpool charge for the callout as customer should be able to claim free parts under warranty and just pay the labour .Other option is landfill of course.

    You have done well, normally only takes 3-6 months!!!!
