    Anyone know what a flashing soak light on the above model means?
    It happens as soon as the dishwasher is initialised.

    Hi, there will be other lights lit as well as the flashing one, if you can let us know which one(s) it will be helpful.

    There is only one light.

    From switch on:

    Soak light starts to flash
    Machine gives a double beep
    Soak light continues to flash.

    The flashing is just continuous, no patterns.
    Holding the program select button whilst switching on has no effect.

    multiplexuser it may well be a faulty timer then as there should be at least two lights on normally that would either be solid or flashing or indeed any combination, that would give an indication of the general nature of the fault.
