Got above fridge/ freezer looking at fridge works fine but the freezer is not working right, the top and bottom drawers dont get cold but the middle one does a bit, customer states that if put kids ice pops in top draw takes 3 days to freeze them put in middle draw takes 9 hrs also alarm keeps bleeping every so often and a scrolling text message comes up on display to say eat all food, any ideas what to look for on this please
