    Hello I’ve left this one this morning for the customer to defrost before looking at it. The evap is completely fozen over. From what I’ve read it’s possibly the pcb but I’ve wasted £72 on a samsung pcb that did not do the trick this week and would be gratefull for some assurance

    hope i aint being daft….the ‘ff’ is not ‘fast freeze’ and she has it permantly switched onto fast freeze??….only a thought?

    i would be checking BIMETAL DEFROST
    THERMOSTAT & THERMAL FUSE ASSEMBLY , iff the super freeze led is on
    or flashing its a fault with that or the defrost heater …
