Hi Folks.
Not been to this one yet, customer phoned in this morning and very obviously “has the flu”. I think i will stay away for a day or two.
Reported problem is stuck on 1min for in excess of two hours.
Is this a common problem for this model?.
According to the customer no fault codes displayed.

Could be open circuit wash heater or simply a blocked pump or it may be siphoning with the drain hose pushed too far down the drain pipe.
