Just in case anyone from the Indesit Company is reading this, the Oldham/Rochdale area has SOFT water.

I have either been to or spoken on the phone to several people in the past week who have been told ‘ah you live in a hard water area, you need £30 worth of descaler” , a complete pack of lies. :rolls:

Some areas of Manchester are classed a slightly hard but not round here.

Its been going on for years up here water is as soft as a babys bum, i had an old lady with dementia called out for an out of balance load, the old dear had a couple of boxes sat on the window ledge, i was back a couple of times later for the same and guess what the old dear had 6 boxes all unopened sitting piled up.
