    Neither just popped around and she claims it’s taking too long to wash something like 2 and a half hours. It does finish ok and clothes are washed. Any ideas before i look at it?

    Do you mean neighbour???

    On what wash programme?

    Is it filling correctly, is it syphoning, is the heater working?

    Lol, yeah i meant neighbour. Haven’t looked at it yet she isn’t back until afternoon so can’t if it’s doing any of that yet.
