AEG Competance oven problem

    Hi guys, I have a problem with my AEG Competance oven (PNC 944 181 069), the cooling fan is constantly on and blowing hot air out of the vent at the top of the door. The oven isnt as warm as it should be and it takes hours to cook anything.

    Can anybody help me???
