    hi this machine will not fill and just clicks from the cogs attached to the soap draw any ideas thanks alan

    I had one like this the other day the filter was blocked.
    Was the pump running at the same time the cogs were making a noise.

    The dispenser top and gearing come as a complete assembly, change it and all will be fine.

    hi thanks for your reply s , no the pump was not running when the clicking starts , i think i will replace to lot thanks again alan

    Yes the tiny plastic gears in the lid tend to strip their teeth.
