    Hi All
    I have a T2313 Neff gas hob in a holiday home in France, One of the gas taps has locked in the closed position so I am unable to use the burner.
    Is it possiable to release this tap or buy a replacement and fit it myself

    Hi Terry

    Sorry but we are unable to advise on gas repairs I`m afraid forum rules Looks like the same level of safety is required in France as it is here in the UK. Gas regulations overview for France here. Neff in France here will be able to help.
