Could anyone confirm the part number for a main oven door glass for the above? Seems to be a bit of confusion with Masterpart and Connect over the correct number, As connect list one for a Mk2 version.

Cheers Bob, I will call the customer tomorrow and try to get the 5 digit number. Bit of a sod this one as I broke the glass 👿 Still at least it looks like the part is still available otherwise I could have been looking at a new oven.

Called back myself to check, No 5 digit number but the serial number is in the format: 39 1 00446. Hope this helps.

The commercial code you are looking for will be one of these.

58953As Bob says several different models, some appear to have a separate inner glass panel and some seem to be an inner door assembly.
Various model numbers are UY46X, UY46 MK2 (T), UY46X (T), UY46X/2 and UY46X MK2.

Called back again this afternoon, Pulled the oven out but no other labels or numbers to be seen other than the usual rating plate. Customer then told me that she had a new glass fitted by Hotpoint just out of guarantee so asked her to call Hotpoint and find out if they have a record of the service call. Just a note the inner door has a bonded glass.
